Sarah Smith

Sarah is originally from Irondequoit (Rochester), New York and earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York in 2008.  She then graduated with her clinical Doctorate in Audiology from SUNY University at Buffalo in 2012. She completed her externship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at Bethesda and then commissioned into the U.S. Army for five years as an active-duty Army audiologist. Sarah is currently serving in the U.S. Army reserve.

Sarah joined Missouri Ear, Nose and Throat Center in July 2022 and focuses on providing exceptional diagnostic hearing evaluations, counseling, and appropriate hearing aid recommendations. In addition, Sarah has a special interest in hearing conservation and education, tinnitus and auditory processing disorders. She has always prided herself on providing top-notch hearing healthcare to all her patients and enjoys assisting her patients with communicating with their family and friends again. Sarah is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

 She currently resides in Columbia with her husband, Brad, their three sons, Russell and William (twins) and Louis and a standard poodle, Chloe. In her free time, Sarah is an avid Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Royals fan and enjoys reading, running and visiting friends and family.
