Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing an Otolaryngologist in Columbia, MO, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier.
After Hours
If you feel you are having a medical emergency please dial 911 . Patients with concerns or problems after hours and on weekends should call the Boone Hospital Operator at (573) 815-8000 and ask for the ‘ENT Physician’ on call.
Directions
If you are coming to Columbia from Hwy 63, exit at AC/Grindstone Parkway. Go west past Wal-Mart, Providence Rd and Bethel Rd to Forum Blvd. There will be a large church and a Walgreens on your right and the Woodrail Centre will be ahead on your left. Turn left onto Forum and come alongside the Woodrail complex. Take the first right turn into the complex between buildings 4 and 5 and take the first right. We are located in Building 3. There will be a large brick pillar with signs of offices in Building 3. Behind that will be sliding doors. Go through those doors and turn to your right, Suite 100 is our office.
If you are coming to Columbia from I-70, take Stadium Blvd to Forum Blvd. Turn right (south) on Forum. Stay on Forum until you get to Nifong Blvd. There will be a large church on your left and a Walgreens on your right. The Woodrail Centre will be in front of you on your right. Cross Nifong and come alongside the Woodrail complex. Take the first right turn into the complex between buildings 4 and 5 and take the first right. We are located in Building 3.
